SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

At MILKI Matcha, we take pride in providing you with high-quality products. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to ensure a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free shopping experience. Our returns and refund policy fully complies with Swedish law (including the Distance Contracts Act, Distansavtalslagen) and all applicable EU regulations.

1. Shipping & Delivery

MILKI Matcha currently delivers exclusively within Sweden. While most orders arrive within 3 business days, please be aware that may take up to 5 business days in some cases.

Shipping Cost:

A flat shipping fee of 49 SEK applies to all orders unless otherwise specified by an ongoing promotion.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal (Ångerrätt)

Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order—no questions asked.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase (order number, date of purchase, etc.).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

  1. Contact Us
    Email our support team at info@milkimatcha.se (or via the contact form) to inform us of your decision to withdraw, including relevant order details.
  2. Return Shipping
    The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We can, however, generate a return shipping label for you (sent via email) which you must print and attach to your package. The cost of this return label will be deducted from your total refund. Please package the item securely to avoid damage in transit. MILKI Matcha is not responsible for any transport damage that may occur during return shipment.
  3. Refund Processing
    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, provided it meets the return criteria. Please be aware that banking or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Opened or Used Products: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or partially consumed products (e.g., open tea packages) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

 

3. Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective,
  • The item is damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item.

If the fault is on our end (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), MILKI Matcha will cover shipping costs and provide a replacement or a full refund (including shipping). If a replacement item is not available, we will offer you the option of an exchange or a full refund.

 

4. Failed Delivery Attempts

MILKI Matcha reserves the right to charge the shipping cost for any orders returned to us due to incorrect delivery information or because the package was not picked up in time from the carrier or service point. In such cases, you will be contacted to arrange redelivery or refund (minus any applicable shipping costs).

 

5. Additional Provisions

  1. Partial Refunds
    In cases where only part of your order is returned or deemed returnable, we may issue a partial refund corresponding to the item(s) that meet the return criteria.
  2. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
    This policy is governed by Swedish law and applicable EU regulations. If you believe your issue has not been resolved to your satisfaction, you may seek mediation or arbitration through recognized European consumer dispute resolution bodies.
  3. C hanges to the Policy
    MILKI Matcha may update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website, and the changes will apply to any purchases made after the date of the latest revision.
